Welcome to AutoWebGen, a service provided by MXGROUP ("we", "us"). By using our Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AutoWebGen is an independently operated service. "MXGROUP" is a trading name used for it and is not a registered company.
All enquiries — support, legal, privacy and billing — reach us at support@autowebgen.app, and we answer from that address.
Sales are not made by us directly. Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for every order, is the seller of record on your invoice, and handles billing enquiries, tax and returns. Paddle's own company details appear on the receipt you receive for any purchase.
AutoWebGen is a Software-as-a-Service platform that keeps your websites supplied with fresh content drawn from material you already own or are entitled to use — product catalogues and feeds, changelogs and release notes, documentation, announcements, internal systems and APIs, and other pages you operate. You select a source and the part of it that matters, and when that source changes, the Service uses automated language models to produce an article and deliver it to a destination website you control.
The Service includes source configuration and on-page selection, AI generation and transformation of content, translation and multi-language output, scheduled delivery into content slots on your destination sites, a history of detected updates and generated articles, and optional email and webhook notifications.
You may also configure sources you do not operate yourself, provided you are entitled to use them as described in section 5.
You decide which pages the Service reads. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to access those pages, to process what they contain, and to publish material based on them. This includes observing each source's own terms of use, its stated access rules, and the rights of any other party.
You must not use the Service to reach any page you are not authorised to access, and you must not configure check frequencies that place an unreasonable load on a source.
The Service applies automated eligibility checks to sources before it will publish from them, and delivery is withheld where a source does not pass. These checks are an operational safeguard, not legal advice, and they do not transfer your responsibility under this section to us. Monitoring, change detection and alerts are unaffected by them.
Anything the Service delivers to your website is published by you, on your own site, under your own name. You are the publisher of that material and are responsible for it towards your visitors and any other party.
Articles produced by the Service are generated by automated language models. Such output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading, and may misrepresent the material it was based on. We provide no warranty as to the accuracy, originality or fitness of generated content.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content and for any disclosure of automated generation that may be required of you by law or by the platforms you publish on. The Service offers draft and preview modes; using automatic publication without review is your choice and your risk.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Pricing and currency. Subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD). Current plans are Starter at USD 19 per month, Pro at USD 49 per month, and Agency at USD 149 per month. A free plan is available at no charge. Prices are shown exclusive of any sales tax or VAT, which Paddle calculates and collects where applicable based on your location.
Billing cycle and renewal. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Your subscription start date determines your billing date.
Price changes. We may change plan prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a changed price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account billing settings, or by contacting support@autowebgen.app. Cancellation stops further renewals.
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free plan. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period, except where the refund policy below or applicable law entitles you to one. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
For purchases processed via Paddle, we provide a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds requested within 14 days of purchase will be honored without conditions. Refunds requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
This policy is necessary to comply with Paddle's merchant requirements. It does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law for faulty or misdescribed products.
If you need assistance with a billing issue, please contact us at support@autowebgen.app.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, to overload or disrupt any source website, to generate spam or deceptive content, to impersonate a publication or a person, or to violate the rights of any other party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MXGROUP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any claim arising from content generated by the Service or published to your websites. The Service, its output and its notifications are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for abuse. Users may request account deletion at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your purchase is a contract with Paddle.com as Merchant of Record and is governed by Paddle's own buyer terms. These Terms govern your use of the Service itself.
Nothing in these Terms removes the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, and you may always bring a claim there.
For questions about these Terms contact support@autowebgen.app.
