Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 17, 2026

Who is responsible for your data

AutoWebGen is an independently operated service, run under the trading name MXGROUP. The operator of AutoWebGen is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy matter — access, correction, deletion, or a question about this policy — contact support@autowebgen.app. This is a monitored address and reaches the controller directly.

Payment data is handled separately by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and as an independent controller for that data. See Paddle's own privacy notice for how they process it.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, the legal basis for each use, who we share it with, how long we keep it, your rights, and how to contact us.

To exercise these rights contact support@autowebgen.app. We will respond within one month. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Cookies and analytics

We use two categories of cookies and similar local storage:

You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website, and you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings.

Automated decision-making

The Service uses automated language models to evaluate and generate content, and automated checks to determine whether a configured source is eligible for publication. These processes act on the sources and content you configure, not on you as a person, and they do not produce decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We operate outside the EEA, and our providers operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your personal data may be transferred outside your country. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable), or on an adequacy decision where one covers the recipient. You may request information about the safeguards applied to a specific transfer by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may modify this policy; we will post the new policy with an updated effective date and notify users of material changes.
